Finally after months of designing, mold making and heavy financial investment, the injection molds are loaded on the molding machine and parts are made. Some parts can be produced in less than one minute cycles. We mold our accessories in high strength ABS plastic and parts in use in 30% fiberglass filled nylon. This material is lighter than aluminum and much stronger.
