We not only make fiberglass parts, we also make all of our patterns and molds in house. Shown here is a new Magnum 57 deck mold almost ready to be seperated from the plug. After this stage the mold must be trimmed and ground, wet sanded and buffed, then waxed for production use. Producing a new mold from an existing pattern start to finish takes about 24 hours.
