ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDERS - Our order line is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 PM EST. We offer a toll free telephone number for only this purpose. There are no qualified personnel in this area to handle technical questions so please use our technical assistance line for any questions other than current pricing. We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our toll free line clear for those placing orders.
PAYMENT POLICY - We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for charge payment. We ship C.O.D. in the Continental U.S. only, at an additional charge of $7.50 plus standard zone shipping & handling. Pre-payments with money orders or personal checks are accepted, however you must first place order by phone to get the correct amount due, including shipping charges. Orders paid by personal checks are held until check clears our bank. Overseas orders must be pre-paid or charged, no C.O.D.
SHIPPING - Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. This does not include ready to run boats or fiberglass products, which are hand made and in high demand. You will be given a time frame on delivery of these items upon ordering. Our normal shipping schedule for an Enforcer boat is approximately 7 days, but can be as much as 2 to 4 weeks in the summer months. We encourage you to order early to avoid an excessive waiting period. Warehouse Hobbies has been building the Enforcer Series boats for over 21 years. We are a production company, but we will not jeopardize our high quality standards to meet an instant demand. All orders less than $50.00 accrue a $3.00 handling charge to cover packaging expenses.
SHIPPING METHODS - We ship: UPS, U.S. Mail, Fed-Ex, Airborne & Common Carriers. (U.S. mail pick-ups are weekly). Large items requiring truck shipment must pre-pay freight, (no COD orders truck shipped).
RETURNS - We accept un-used or defective products for return for refund providing you have phoned us prior to returning the defective merchandise. We will issue you a return authorization number that must be marked on the package that is returned. Boat warranties must have warranty card on file with us. It is your responsibility to complete and return the card to us upon receiving your boat order. Zenoah engines are warranted by the manufacturer. Any warranty claim must be made directly to Kamatsu/Zenoah by the end user. All boats and engines are sold with manufacturer’s information booklets providing all necessary warranty and operating instructions. Warehouse Hobbies is limited to warranties (if applicable) that pertain to our manufactured parts only. There will be a 15% return and restocking fee for any un-used merchandise returned, with the exception of defective merchandise. We reserve the right to adjust catalog pricing without notice if we are unable to absorb material cost increases.
