An American company, building a world class product

We always have people who call us and ask where Enforcer boats and parts are made, and we tell them that over 3/4 of all of the components that you purchase on our Ready To Run Enforcer is made right here, that's right, here in the USA.

Sure we use other facets of manufacturing, some out sourcing, but when it comes to the "nuts and bolts" of the matter there is no better place to assure the best quality than the good old USA. Some folks say, how can we be making the products here and they are so much less than the competition? That's because the competition wants you to believe that it is so much more expensive to make products here, and while there is some truth to that, there is always room for competent price sourcing, and always shops that can afford to make it for less. I like to befriend my out sources and try to be as loyal as possible, however if prices start get a little too high, then a new source is located, or that part is brought in-house. I have purchased machines to make a single part when the machine payment and part production warranted a lower cost part than available from a supplier. It takes effort to make change, and most will avoid the effort and pay higher prices out of comfort, and the consumer ends up paying for the manufactures comfort.

Lets start with the imports. Zenoah engines are imported from Japan, and we all know what type of quality these engines are. Some of our accessories such as are boat stand, figures, and high production incidentals are produced in Taiwan and or China. We generally produce all of our injection molds in Korea and China and some of them are sent to the US to produce the parts and some are better left there where the large machines that are required to run them are more prevalent. When it comes to injection molding it really doesn't matter where the parts are produced as the quality is mostly determined by the mold, there is very little human involvement in this type of manufacturing once the molds have been completed. We have partnered with a company in Asia to produce our famous exhaust systems. I personally visit this factory two to three times per year and I am known for the fact that I will not settle for anything less than the quality that I am accustom to making in the USA. I have been labeled "Tony Two Thousandths" there, and while some may take that as an insult, I take it as a compliment, and it is understood that the container doors don't close with anything inside less than acceptable to my standards.

I have always said that bad products are made by bad designers, not the country or people in a factory. Those that only care about the bottom line, and have that; "It's good enough attitude". That attitude will get you fired in my company. The fact is I'll bet my bottom dollar that if you give me a person who cares, anywhere in this world, I'll give you a good product.

Now let's look at the domestic side of Enforcer Boats. Starting with the fiberglass boat hulls, they are manufactured in our facility in the USA under our "top secret" methods that are known for the ultimate in quality. We also manufacture over 90% of our machined parts in our factory and domestically and utilize high quality CNC machinery to do so.

All of our products are individually tested and or inspected before they are entered into stock to be used for our assembly line or sent to you as a replacement part, we do our best not to let a "not so perfect" part get out on the market.

How do we keep our prices so low?
That's easy for us to understand and hardest for our competition. It's actually quite simple. We make most of the products in-house,and we make allot of product per run. It is not uncommon for me to authorize a run of specific part or parts for a two or more year shelf cycle. This brings down the production cost and reflects on a lower end user price for the duration of the inventory cycle. This is one reason that we have the least price increases in our industry for the longest periods of time. But most important, I understand almost every fascet of manufacturing and plan set-up and procedure to be at its most efficient and produced by the best possible method warranted by the required part.

So where are Enforcer boats made?
All Enforcer Boats are assembled in our factory under the strictest of guide lines, and each boat undergoes a 4 stage testing program that includes;
1)-Fiberglass mid-point inspection
2)-Fiberglass post inspection
3)-Final assembly inspection
4)-Packaging assembly

How many companies can actually say that they have less than 2% post sales issues. We can!
We sell over 800 Ready to run Enforcer boats annually and have less than a dozen minor issues, that are all resolved over the phone. As a matter of fact I can count the returned Enforcer boats on one hand since I started this company back in 1982. That means less than (5) over the course of 25 years and over 20,000 sold. I take great pride in reveling that fact.

Who makes Enforcer boats?
Quality minded people and a company owner who truly cares about the product and industry it created. Now you know the facts about Enforcer Boat production, so if ever you hear someone tell you that Enforcer boats are imports, you can tell them different and that they are made right here in the USA, with our hands on each and every one of them, and I said so.
