BOAT
KIT EXHAUST SYSTEM
|
The ENFORCER Wet-Tuned Exhaust System was
designed to produce more power yet be neatly concealed inside the hull. It
took many years of development and testing to bring to the market what we
feel is the best sport performance exhaust system available. This exhaust
system has been engineered to operate with a continuous flow of water
injected into the header and exiting the pipe. The injected water
maintains a low operating temperature, which enables you to operate your
boat for as long as you choose without the danger of extreme heat damage.
This system has become the most popular choice of exhaust for performance
minded sport boaters. The entire exhaust system is manufactured out of
Machined and Die-Cast Aluminum.
|
 |
Prior to the water entering the exhaust
header it circulates through the exhaust manifold. Extreme heat is
generated at this point, and care has been taken to control the correct
amount of water flow to maintain performance yet keep operating
temperatures low.

Water is supplied to the cooling system
from our adjustable water pick-up mounted to the back of the transom. From
here it is directed into the water pump.
|
 |
Shown here is our vacuum actuated water
pump that is powered by a negative and positive pulse that is created in
the engines crank case under operation. The vacuum from the engine is
supplied to the pump by means of Neoprene Tubing. At idle, the pump will
draw water from the water pick-up and circulate through the water jacket
on the engine, then through the exhaust manifold, and finally through the
tune pipe where it is expelled to the outside of the boat. Once the boat
reaches planing speed the incoming water pressure bypasses the pump action
and continues the cooling process with the pump reactivating once the
boat/engine returns to idle. This system can operate for as long as you
choose maintaining proper engine and exhaust temperatures. This is nearly
a no-maintenance system.

Shown here is the exit of the tune pipe
which is located at the bottom left of the transom. Only two inches of the
pipe system is visible making this the best system available for the scale
minded boater.
