EXPORT POLICY Warehouse
Hobbies Inc. ships internationally on a regular basis. We do ask that you
understand our company policy and the costs that may occur when conducting
business between countries. SHIPPING: Shipping
charges are known to be considerably higher when shipping from the US to
countries abroad. They are based not only by actual weight, but also
dimensional weight. This means that a large package can weigh very little in
comparison to a small package and be subjected to a much higher shipping
rate/cost. For
instance; a Ready To Run Enforcer model boat has an actual shipping weight of
less than 30 US pounds. When
calculated on a dimensional level (box size) the shipping weight is 95
pounds. This is done because of the greater amount of space required for the
package for aircraft travel. Average
shipping charges for a RTR boat to Europe and Asia at this time is about-
$375.00 USD. Please be aware of this before requesting a total price. PAYMENT: We accept
Visa, M/C, Discover, and AMEX on all small parts orders under $500.00 USD.
For RTR boats and Hulls, and orders greater than $500.00 USD, we require that
payment is directly transferred by wire (bank) to our business account, there
will be no acceptations. Bank transfer fees at the point of transfer are your
responsibility, we accept and pay transfer fees on our end. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: In the US we do not have a method to figure monetary exchange rates,
import duties, or any taxes that may be incurred by the country of
destination. It is solely your responsibility to contact the proper
authorities in your country and inquire on additional charges that may be
added to your order when it arrives in your country. Please do so before
inquiring with us for a permanent order or invoice quotation. NOTE: Warehouse Hobbies Inc. in no way will falsify documents to avoid or
lessen import and or duty taxes at point of entry. Please do not request
this, if so we will cancel your order immediately. SHIPPING COMPANIES: We generally ship UPS, FEDEX, and US Post overseas. Each company has
specific rates and shipping timelines. We encourage that you arrange for
shipping on your end by companies such as; UPS or FEDEX if you already have
an account in place with these companies . We can provide you the package
size and weight on request. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FORM: For orders over $100.00 USD this is a mandatory form that can be
printed from the link below. Once a price with shipping has been established
and agreed upon this form must be completed and faxed to us at: 863 699-0360
